Unique replacement or spare parts for heavy engineering are historically difficult to source, however Barlow Technology is able to provide precisely engineered replacements, even without the presence of legacy parts.
Using accurately measured dimensional data, drawings are created, from which a 3D CAD model of the required part is constructed.
A detailed manufacturing drawing is then produced with all the gathered data of weight specification and required materials, allowing the new or replacement part to be engineered to clients’ exact requirements.
This process can additionally be used to gain more efficiency and greater performance from existing parts, with notable financial savings.
The fully approved, reproduced parts can be delivered and installed onsite and come with accompanying Quality Assurance documentation.
